C'est un lieu d'harmonie secrète, rare si proche de PARIS, qui aurait gardé toute l'authenticité d'une sorte de petit " hameau " comme on trouve dans le Périgord, là où une propriété est souvent la réunion de plusieurs demeures ayant chacune une personnalité mais dont l'ensemble réuni constitue un domaine de vie.

L'ensemble se compose de 3 bâtiments principaux, dont certains sont postérieurs à la pose de la première pierre et qui se disposent comme suit :
